Invoices

How do I create my first invoice?

Complete company and invoice settings, add the customer, create invoice lines, review VAT and due date, then generate the PDF and send by email or Peppol where available.

When should I use a credit note?

Use a credit note when a final invoice needs a financial correction after it has been sent or booked. Keep the original invoice history and use the credit note to correct the amount.

Can BPS Pro create recurring invoices?

Yes. Create a reliable invoice template, choose a frequency, next invoice date, due-date days, remaining count, and whether generated invoices should be sent automatically.

Payments

How do I register a payment?

Open the sales or purchase document, update the payment information, confirm the paid or partial status, and add a comment if the payment is disputed, delayed, or split.

How do payment plans work?

Payment plans split one document into planned payment moments or amounts. Keep every installment current so due-date and cash-flow views stay reliable.

How do I follow overdue invoices?

Use sales invoice filters, reminder actions, comments, due-date views, and the financial overview to decide which customer invoices need follow-up.

Peppol and accounting

Can BPS Pro send Peppol invoices?

Yes, when Peppol is activated for the company, the receiver has valid Peppol details, and the invoice has complete sender, receiver, line, and total data.

How do I import a purchase invoice?

Use Peppol Inbox, the work folder, or manual entry. Always review supplier, date, totals, due date, attachment, and payment data before relying on the import.

Can my accountant access documents?

Company administrators can invite accountants to a protected portal where purchase, sales, re-invoice, PDF, and UBL documents can be searched and downloaded.

Documents and expenses

What are upload links for?

Upload links let trusted people send files into the company workflow without using normal email. Review and process uploaded files from the work folder.

How do I re-invoice expenses?

Register recoverable expenses, review invoiceable balances, select the items that belong together, create the re-invoice, and check the generated document before sending.

Where do I see financial totals?

Use the financial overview for receivables, payables, expected cash flow, revenue, purchase costs, expenses, payment plans, overdue items, and other attention points.
