Every pack includes the Peppol Inbox, the accountant portal, unlimited incoming invoices, and unlimited incoming and outgoing credit notes. Use the base pack alone for B2B and B2C invoicing, with structured Peppol e-invoicing where required, or expand it when operations need more follow-up.

Invoicing only Pick Essential, Plus, or Business based on outgoing invoices for companies, professionals, public organizations, or private individuals.

Planning & confirmations Add Planning for hours, m², performance PDFs, and customer approval flows.

Select Planning, fleet management, or extra users directly on a pack to calculate the total immediately.

Why are some modules priced separately? We could have included these costs in every base pack, but then every customer would pay for features they may not use. That is why Planning, fleet management, and extra users remain optional. The additional price helps cover extra network usage, additional data protection, storage, processing, and maintenance for those larger workflows.

Planning: keep weekly and monthly overviews of worked hours or square meters per client, project, or jobsite. Those registrations can help prepare reports with totals, rates, and prices, ready to send to the client for checking or confirmation.

Fleet management: manage company cars, drivers, documents, insurance dates, technical inspection dates, and traffic fines. Fines can be linked to the right driver through the driver history, so those expenses can be processed correctly with employees, subcontractors, or third parties.
